Jack Wanderman & Associates works with attorneys and bank trust department officers to provide private-party, comprehensive personal property appraisals for insurance, taxation, distribution-to-heirs or market-value purposes. Once the appraisals are completed, we will provide you with our recommendation on whether you should hold a private sale or an on-site estate sale, or a combination of the two. Of course, our recommendations are provided to our clients and/or their designated representatives for the final approval on our sales strategy.
